Conseils de mélange dentaire

Description

The dental mixing tips are the new technology product used for mixing a variety of fluids, primarily for the complete blending of the A and B components of two-part adhesives. In dental clinics, the dental mixing tips are primarily used for delivering dental materials, such as enamel adhesives and filling materials. Its design allows dentists to apply these materials more precisely to the tooth surface or gaps demanding treatment. also, the dental mixing tip flexibility and pliantness enable dentists to more control the force and direction of delivery, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

Functions and Structure of Dental Mixing Tips

Discover the key functions and structure of dental mixing tips in this short video. Learn how they play a crucial role in dental procedures for precise material mixing.

Dental mixing tips have solved the difficulties and product quality problems previously encountered with manual mixing operations. The mixing tips requires no external driving force; it relies on the fluid itself to undergo continuous cutting and overlapping as it flows through the mixer. Through a layering effect, the two materials are converted into a uniform mixture, achieving optimal mixing and blending results.

Leak-proof and bubble-free, easy to install, suitable for clinics and laboratories

Are you still wasting expensive dental materials due to leakage from the mixing tips? Isn’t it particularly annoying that the dental crown, which was painstakingly made, has to be redone due to uneven resin mixing? Our dental mixing tips are designed to solve these troubleswhether you are a dentist, a clinic assistant or a laboratory technician, you can use them every day to save time and reduce waste.

The core advantage of our dental mixed tips: addressing three major core pain points

Double TPE sealing ringsno more material waste

Our mixing tips are equipped with double-layer TPE sealing rings, which can tightly adhere to 1:1 et 2:1 seringues. Even if you squeeze hard, the resin will not drip onto the treatment plate or the patient’s bib. To adjust this reliable sealing design, we have tried ten different schemes. Even thick glass ions can prevent leakage. Please use it with confidence.

360° spiral mixing chamberUniform stirring without bubbles

Each inner wall of the mixing tip is equipped with spiral grooves. When the material flows through, it will automatically mix and stir, without any lumps, rare viscosity or uneven stirring. A senior dentist has reported that it used to take five minutes to stir the resin manually, but now it can be used simply by putting on the tip. It is suitable for both dental crowns and fillings, and the efficiency has increased significantly.

Snap-on designeasy to disassemble and assemble

The previous mixing tips all had screw openings and needed to be rotated and tightened. So some clinic assistants complained that it was too difficult to remove the mixing tip, especially when it got stuck with sticky materials and slipped, making it hard to twist. Nowadays, all of our mixing tips are designed with snap fasteners. They can be locked with a gentle press and removed with a forceful pull. The connection is also designed with texture, so it won’t slip even when wearing gloves, saving time and effort.

Scénarios applicables

  • Dental clinic: Daily fillings, root canal sealants, and temporary crown making
  • Dental hospital: Mixing of denture base adhesive, bonding of implant abutments, and stirring of porcelain veneers

Precautions for using dental mixing tips

  1. Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight when storing. The TPE material of the sealing ring and the PP material of the pipe body will accelerate aging in direct sunlight and high-temperature environments, affecting their performance. It is recommended to store in a light-proof and dry storage cabinet. The unopened shelf life of the mixing tip is two years. It is recommended to use it up within one month after opening.
  2. Pay attention to the locking of the clips when installing. When the dental mixing tip is attached to the syringe, gently push it until aclicksound is heard. This indicates that the sealing ring is completely locked with the syringe and there will be no leakage.
  3. The dental mixing tips in clinical practice are all disposable and cannot be reused. Only in this way can the performance and hygiene safety of the mixed materials be guaranteed. Reusing it cannot ensure that the residual materials on the inner wall are thoroughly cleaned, which affects the uniformity of material mixing. It may also cause the performance of the mixed materials to fail to meet the standards due to the addition of other materials.
  4. When removing it after use, do not use brute force to avoid damaging the syringe. If the lock is stuck and cannot be removed, you can use scissors to cut open the opening of the mixing tip and then pull it out. Since the mixing tip is supposed to be discarded after use, it doesn’t matter if it is cut. This can keep the syringe intact.

Bien sûr. It is compatible with common syringe ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 2:1, et 4:1. For special brands or models of syringes, please contact customer service to send photos of the syringes. We will provide a free exclusive matching table to avoid buying the wrong one.

Cliniquement, it is recommended to change the mixing tip once for one patients. This is because when using it again, you cannot guarantee that the residual materials on the inner wall of the mixing tip will be thoroughly cleaned. This will affect the uniformity of the material mixing and may also cause the performance of the mixed material to fail to meet the standards due to the addition of other materials.

Non, the spiral mixing chamber is for low-speed uniform stirring without generating heat through friction. Donc, it will not solidify rapidly due to the heat generated as in manual stirring. This is also one of the reasons why we recommend using a mixing tip to blend materials.

Compatible, our mixing tips are made of medical-grade PP material. It is resistant to chemical corrosion and can be used with resins, dental cements and implant adhesives.

If you store it in a dark and dry place and it is unopened, the shelf life is two years. It's completely fine for half a year. If you are still not at ease, you can first inject clean water into a mixing tip to test its sealing performance. If the sealing performance is fine, then all its other properties can be guaranteed to be fine.
